Shipping & Return Policy
1. Return & Exchange Period
Customers are entitled to a 15-day return and exchange window starting from the date of package delivery. Any return or exchange requests submitted after 15 days will not be accepted. This policy only applies to regular in-stock items.
2. Return Item Condition
All returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in brand-new condition. The original packaging, tags, accessories, and manuals must be complete and intact. We reserve the right to reject returns if the item is damaged, worn, altered, or missing accessories or original packaging.
3. Shipping Fee Responsibility
For all returns or exchanges caused by personal reasons (including size issues, dislike, wrong purchase, inconsistent expectation, etc.), all shipping fees (both forward and return) shall be borne by the customer. Our store is not responsible for any return shipping cost, handling fee or transit fee.
4. Damage Disclaimer
We only guarantee after-sales service for factory quality defects. Man-made damage, improper use, self-disassembly, modification, scratches, and damage caused after delivery are not covered by our warranty, return or compensation policy.
5. Customized Items No Return
Custom-made, personalized, engraved, tailor-made items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once produced and shipped, customized products cannot be returned or refunded for any reason. Placing an order means you agree to this term.
6. Customs & Duties Responsibility
All international orders may incur import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and inspection fees charged by the destination country. All tariff-related fees are the customer’s responsibility. We do not cover any customs fees, and tax issues cannot be used for refusal of delivery, refund or claim.
7. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), refunds will be processed within 3–10 business days to your original payment method. The actual arrival time depends on your payment platform and bank processing schedule.
